At Dies Plus Inc. we take great pride in our primary focus, close tolerance, class A, tooling.  Our facility has complete engineering capabilities for designing, building, repairing, and maintaining short run tooling, to high speed, large volume stamping dies.  With the goal of highest quality in mind, we have acquired some of the finest precision equipment and skilled personnel to successfully complete your job on time and to your specifications.  In addition, Dies Plus has the flexibility to handle specialized tooling like Multi-slide, Four-slide, and to provide wire EDM services.

Our Wire EDM department was specially designed for optimum performance and repeatability in mind.  Environmentally controlled within 1 degree, our four Mitsubishi wire EDM machines are capable of running .004 diameter wire and able to hold 2 millionths position accuracy time and again.  With Mitsubishi's new Fine Machining power supply, we can  produce a 4-6 mircon surface finish.
